Vendors wanted!

A few things to keep in mind:

• This is an inclusive, affirming environment for LGBTQIA+ folks of all ages in the community and all our allies; if you aren't 100% on board with this, kindly move along
• This is an all-ages, family-friendly event
• We are asking a $35 vendor fee to cover rental costs and other materials for activities and prizes - you do not need to pay at the time of application, only once we send you an approval. We will provide you with payment information at that time
• The vendor fee is waived for all non-profit organizations that are setting up for educational or informational purposes (e.g. Free Mom Hugs or CASA)
• If you are interested in learning more, please review our vendor agreement carefully before applying
